Looking for this sprocket



My bike's previous owner must've changed the rims/tire and sprockets
because my dealer can't get it for me

Anyone got any idea of which make it is? or where I can grab this sprocket + sprocket studs in Auckland city?

38 teeth! <- important
Measurements are 90mm on the diagonal
and 61mm across the main hole

First up, might pay to tell us what the bike is. Someone may have been through this shit before.

Secondly any idea what pitch 428? 525? 620?
