Well the marketing effort is slick...

VERY slick and the video in the link is well worth the effort....
However - recent history tells us that every effort to revive the Indian brand has ended badly for investors... Who knows - maybe this time....

Marketing BS. Why didn't they just make the bike people want, the bike with real heritage - the Scout.
This is exactly what Victory did with their Kore model.
They can make as many replicas of the Munro special they want. It is all completely pointless if they only sell boats.
May as well have Hyosung advertising 200 hp / 200 mph monster. While they sell mini-twins.
Reactor Online. Sensors Online. Weapons Online. All Systems Nominal.
I'll have a Chief Vintage in red, lose the screen and rear seat thanks.
Lovely looking bikes.
Vote David Bain for MNZ president
the key differences between now and then are: Polaris: they are a massive powersports company already and they have the important second difference: bags o'dosh.
What I have enjoyed (without being entirely convinced it is the right way to do it) is the H-D attack ads. All of them. Not sure that I approve of a product that bags the rival rather than saying "ours is better-er". having said that the marketing and advertising is slick. as fuck.
and Hardly dont actually sell motorbikes really. they sell an image and a "ifestyle" (one of the reasons why, good as the bikes are I have never owned one. Never say never though). So maybe those ads are the way forward.
I watch with interest. It should stand or fall on the kwality of the product.
