If the situation was as you described it then go ahead, complain to all and sundry. Equally, if you find that the situation was actually slightly different to what was described I'm sure you will quickly get Veronica on the line to apologise to her and that you will publicly announce that apology on the forum of your choice.
I really don't think I can be bothered doing this - have a few other (not related) problems to solve first - will be asking for help here soon once I sort a few things out.

Basically I'm owed cash by a previous company and want to know how to get it - lawyers can only do so much - they don't resort to bounty hunter type behaviour......... Will start another thread sometime.

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------

To conclude - apologies to all you hardworking emergency staff and huge curses to all the corrupt pricks out there.

i was under the impression that the cops dont get told about a 111 call until the operator patchs[such an out of date term] it through to them, from what I understand you[in general meaning your family] where talking to the 111 operator[veronica] not the cops if this is the case then please stop bagging the cops. I have had nothing but good experiences from them and the same with everyone i know [not talking about traffic experiences] and i am even including in there the time i had to explain to the officer what all the explosions where. We had to call 111 the other night when some cage driver lost his temper and followed my step-brother home and become very abusive at us, but the police turned up and followed it through very throughly and professionally.

this is not a personal attack against you I am just starting to get really pissed off at people who call them selves new zealanders and yet moan constantly about everything in this country and yet are unwilling to do anything about it

take the power crisis for example, we want power, but no you cant put your big power cables across my land, no you cant put those windmills up on your property cos they are to noisy(even though we can only hear them iff listening for them) there is no winning in this country no matter what path of action you take.

and yes i do see the irony about me complaining about people complaining about me country so dont even go there.

Then again, they can be the completely opposite. He had our neighbours causing trouble for several years (lots of minor things like throwing their their dogs shit over the fence, feeding our cat deadly nightshade and a few death threats) but the police practically told us to sort it out ourselves. It was only once we had moved and the police had a few run ins with the family did they relise how screwed up they were and finally took our side to help us. They threatened them with court battles etc. and it stopped them harrassing us, for a while

    REALLY BADLY.

A-holes only took a few easily replaceable things but EVERY draw, cupboard, shelf, storage place has been completely overturned and the house looks like a bomb has gone off.

My 15 year old twin sisters were the first to arrive home back from school at 3:30 and they looked around and called dad immediately - he said I'm on my way call 111 and get some help - don't want two 15 year old girls alone at home in such conditions as this is the 1st time something even remotely like this has happened......

DAMN 111 OPERATOR CALLED VERONICA answers, quizzes them about what happened and then tells one of my sisters to stay on the phone and get the other sister to go out and look for any suspicious person and follow them to see what they are doing??? Never says that any cops are on there way - just continues to give them instructions....what is this nancy drew??

As usual no sign of any of the fucken pigs probably too busy to come to check on 2 rather worried 15 year olds alone in a ransacked, upside down house......

Luckily my dad managed to come home in time. Then got that FUCKEN BITCH VERONICA back on the phone and gave her a piece of his mind.... being from southern africa he knows what happens when people try approaching a burglar if there are any around - he's seen slit throats/ sedated/beaten/shot guard dogs and .... and this is supposed to be a professional bloody emergency service person.......

Jesus effing Christ- can't believe this level of crime in our area...this ain't no smash and grab - they must have taken at least 15 minutes to make the mess they have done..

SOMEONE SHOULD FIND THOSE "TO CATCH A THEIF" PROGRAM F*CKERS AND BASH THEM FOR EDUCATING OTHERS ON HOW TO COMMIT BURGLARIES.

No wonder the police keep losing respect here.....
Suss out how hard it is to do the job JSG and then comment. Yea we all understand that your pissed off. Sounds like your beef is with the 111 operater, not the ploddies. I reckon its a right shitter of a job being in the Police. Sounds like they get told what to do and half the time have one or more hands tied behind their back due to excessive PC dribble. Good to hear that the family are sweet and that insurance is there. I'd not be too upset if some scumbag got into the house, but if they got into the workshop, that'd be another story
Those who insist on perfect safety, don't have the balls to live in the real world.

I love all the differrentiation that goes on in these posts. I like Cops, but not HP. It's not the cops, it was a 111 operator and on it goes.
They are all Police, people. All run by the same retards in Wellington. The ones that think that handing Helen $1.3,000,000,000 in speed tax is more important than dealing with our burglaries, threats and assaults .
    Speed doesn't kill people.
    Stupidity kills people.

Traffic and Police are 2 entities.... When the "police" get a call from someone who has a insecure premise..no alarm,no insurance they should hang up (imo)..when a retard with no vehicle insurance is run into by another non insured retard and then expect the Police to get their money, the Police should also hang up on them .........No wonder the Police are short of units to try and deal with real crime.... Not enough Police, but never short of moaners
