Excellent news. I hope it isn't too expensive.

That was a fun day. Watched the sprints in themorning, watched Lynda turn the timing rig off every time Flame went by so she could keep her record, and it was nice of her to try and help Deano by buggering up Mr Sampson's timing on his second run.

    Excellent commentary Lynda.

Nice to see everyone I caught up with.

Had fun beetling about the Wairarapa in the afternoon too.

Here's a quick vid of what it looks like from a riders perspective. Personally I believe what my speedo says and the organisers timing lights are wrong. The speedo figure is what I'll be boasting.

I'm not exactly sure yet...I think I might have bent a valve or broken a ring.

Biggest number on the speedo was 288. Ain't no way it was going that fast though.

Not even close. Strong headwind today. Must be a homo. Also I think that the timing lights were placed at the proper distance too.

I am pretty much sure of it, unless someone shows up on a 50cc scooter.
    I won! (ie. Slowest) I seem to recall 16.88 seconds for the standing 1/4. That's slower than a volkswagen 4wd! ( http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/HL0401/S00128.htm )

Something is amiss with old dents though, it was surging a bit after the runs.

Should all be sorted next month (Fingers crossed, touch on wood, etc) . Then I expect nothing more that 16.70 for the standing 1/4!

Jimbo, all that matters is that you looked good bro.

The bike sounded fantastic too, unlike that K5 of Mr Sampson's that sounded like an RG500 with one broken expansion chamber.
