Arrow Paul, know where your coming from.

Check the diabetes (NIDDM?), diet, exercise, you know all that stuff that makes the D word a pain in the arse.
I work in a hospital. The first year that I had the jab, same thing. Every bug that was going around, I got from working about physically sick patients. However stick with it as this is my third year of working in the ward + third time getting the jab. Have not really been sick since (touch wood). Oh, dietry suppliments? If people ate a proper balanced diet, there would be no need for any of them. I started going back to the gym a few months back and after getting over the physical barrier, I feel great! Hope this helps and you feel great. I found that extra kgs = less ability to keep healthy.

    Dr Furtzwangler here ...

Can garranteee My cure ,,,,,Drink enough of this amazing lotion... errr.. alyxerr ... and you will be cured ..of Everything ,,I swear..

I usually use the 750 ml .. after which I dont notice I am sick ..

Just keep repeating the doseage ,,as many times as you like ......

( its also good for , starting the car on those frosty mornings )

I repeat ,,this is THE fastest cure for any ailment ,,,3 days of sticking to the recommended dosage and you will feel like a million dollars ,,,

One word of warning , Dont operate heavy machinery , drive , or attempt coherency ,,,and if after the 3rd day the headache persists ...drink plenty of water and call for assistance

    Hope this helps

    Kind regards

I use the age old method of lying on the couch and moaning. It's more effective than staying in bed because she can't hear me from up there.
It doesn't make me better, quicker. But I do get to share the misery.

when I have a cold (last one i had was last year) I go for a fly...
Pop into your local gliding club on the weekend and have a go, always works for me - i always go with someone else when i have a cold, you can get very confused (angled horisions when straight and level etc.) while in the air with a cold

BSL' argh! Nothing like having a little machine that quantifies just how sick you are.. bastard thing...

Eating lots of salad / chicken / rice so OK there and knocked the booze off as well... Far out - I'll be signing up at the gym next (yeah right)

    Cheers

Try fasting Paul. This will get rid of all the toxins. Weekend is a good time. A 48 hour fast is not easy. You will get shocking headaches on the first day easing up on the second and euphoria on the third.

    Failing that here's another

There are five basic foods. Garlic, Skim milk, Molassis, Wheat germ, and yeast. They all tast like shit but if you incorperate these into your diet you will have all the basic body requirments.

I'm not 100% sure mate but if a Type 1 diabetic tried that I think I'd end up with more than a headache... Nice thought though!

Absolutely. Use to to do 2 to three hours a day for a long time....then the kids came..........now stiff as a board. Still do my bastrikas on a regular basis. Stopped the pranayama. Just getting to spaced and into dangerous areas.

    Diabetes + sick = a real pain.

First thing I do when I get sick is put away the Blood Sugar meter. It doesn't help - I already know I'm sick and I can assume my BSL's are out of whack.

Not sure why but I've never felt so good as I do at the moment, not working.

Of course this can't last ... so I guess I'll start feeling crap again soon.

What else can I say - the others have said it all. I found the Zone Diet really helpful but sounds like you eat pretty much that way anyway.

Are you getting enough sun? Its getting towards sort out the garden time again...
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Luckily it has been rather sunny lately down here or I too would be feeling 'off', amazing how much of a pick-me-up the longer days and more sun-shine is eh?
