Actually on a serious note ,,,I have been real good the last few months ,,,100 pressups , sit ups and 30 min on hi ,,on me exercise bike Every day ...and me blasted wieght has GONE UP!!!!
I am trying to shed wieght ,,as I am trying to make the bike faster ,,,and the best way to make a bike ligher is for the rider to lose a few ,,,
Stuffed if I know whats going on ,,but its going the wrong way,,,,,
BTW ,,drinking is me hobby and you wouldnt want me to give up me hobby now would you
