Sometimes it's best cut your losses and trade when you find a bike that you really want, I did that with the CB because I couldn't wait. Selling the Yamaha on TM took an age, and I ended up accepting way less that what I originally wanted, probably would have done a wee bit better as a trade in thinking back on it.

And that's exactly what I decided to do, cut my losses. Sick of spending time and money on that POS. Now it's someone else's problem, I'd had enough and there's no enjoyment to be had in a broked bike.

Haha well that was scary. The brakes are so effective on this bike and I'm not used to them, I went to slow down (at very slow speed) on the wet road no less, and hit the rear brake too hard (hah!) and did a bit of a tail spin, wooh.... I feel like a retard on this bike I can't go around corners and I'm never entirely sure what gear I'm in and if it's the right one (trying to use my ears but the bike is so damn loud it can be hard to tell). I'm being very careful with the throttle cause it's been raining or wet since I picked it up and I'm too scared if I give it heaps of gas (which I could get away with with the gn) that I'll end up doing something unintentional and ouchy... This should be an interesting experience!!

Well it didn't give me the shits I was just like ahhh... what to do? oh nothing cause it was fine LOL. Also kind of embarrassing cause I'd just hooned it past a bus stop full of people so they all would have seen
Definitely can't wait till I can build up cornering confidence, it's a terrible feeling not knowing its limits but I suppose taupo trackday tomorrow will help with that...
