Any chch kb'ers recycle timber into furniture?

Or know anybody that does.

I've got a pile of rimu framing and interior window frame bits sitting in my garage that I want gone, would be nice if someone could turn it into something useful, I don't have the time, energy or machinery to do anything with it myself and seems a shame to just cut it up for firewood.

Interior bits still with paint on, nails sticking out etc, but if anyone has a use for it free to take away.

Damn, if you were a little closer I would take it off your hands. You could try ringing a local woodworkers club, they may be interested. I make a bit of stuff from the old wire base bed frames and head boards, they certainly used some good timber back in the day.
