Digital vinyl prints?

does anyone know of a decent graphics printer ,etc
im after some digital vinyl prints
has to be able to print this
and cut if possible
i have the .psd
file

currently been quoted $180 for 2x sets left and 2x sets right
the bee is 110x110mm
the honda logo resized to suit the bee
and the hornet wording is 140mm long and scaled to match the wodth

I can get edge prints done which is thermal vinyl or digital prints. If digital prints you would need them laminated for longer life.

cheers thinking about it i could get the wording cut out of single color, but it may not match the digital print,
i dont care how its printed as long as it looks badass
