Go see the physio and get a real diagnosis. There's a bump below your kneecap and just below that is where you would get bursitis and it would hurt to touch it.

    So likely that's not it.

It's a complex area and needs proper examination.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

There were some hell deals on the Starcross a week or so ago, 3 guys I know run them and love them

We were told 3 hour delay when we got there so there wouldn't have been a lot in it by back tracking, that turned into 5-6 hours

Yeah, I need to get mine looked at, damaged it at Grassmere and after two months and still isn't right although it has improved, was diagnosed with a bruised bone as mobility is good

well... as the school teacher gets to sleep in every week day i understand him shitting the bed to go for a early ride... but fuck that on my day off, thanks or the invite Chris.
so... just back from my back yard yeah, no pissing round with trailers ride straight out the gate... down to the river where as you can see sections of my track are missing so while there was plenty of gas gas there was also peanty of walk walk... and push push but we forged new sections, its a bugger that most of the track is on the other side of the river and thats out of bounds for the mo, unless ya have a jet boat.

You missed a good ride D. The track was not too wet and we limited ourselves because of bad knees! My knee came through ok which is encouraging.

I couldn't make it due to a combination of apathy and other shit to do, good to hear about the knee, you'll be able to give it the works at Scargill, not sure I'm making that one

TBH I am not very keen on Scargill. There were 2 rides out there last year, one with a great forestry enduro and a nice river section and one that was mainly slippery farm tracks with a very difficult enduro on a side hill, which I didn't do and a very steep downhill enduro, which I did. That was the one with a queue of ambulances and the rescue helicopter parked on an adjacent farm. I think this ride is this one, so a return to the bike park seems more preferable.

I've been to the Plateau 3 times and you have a higher skill level than me, I'll probably only do it once more and go to the hut, age and injuries are starting to catch up with me
