Anyone have or know of an RV90 10" rim (front or rear) for sale or free? All this talk of sidecars and the increase in numbers on track has got me tempted to complete the build on the one I started many years ago.

Disk brakes for the win I reckon.
Already planned the build around an RV90 rim, just for the front and it is disc braked. Rear and side are sport ATV alloy rims (lighter than a car rim). Would have gone ATV rim for the front also, but most rims have a drop centre so you can fit a tyre, which fouls on a few components (don't ask...) where as the RV rim is two halves, no drop, so maintains the same internal diameter across the width.
If I had a second option, it'd be done by now...
The hub is fine, there's not an issue there. It's everything else...
Trust me, this ain't no "basic" front end (nor rear) or chassis.
Getting it finished is the fun part.
Could you help me out here, but how do you add a disc brake to an RV90 rim?
Still NEED a rim...
Anyone??
Well in the name of friendly support, and a desire to see what this sidecar looks like I will admit that I do in fact have an RV90 rim that you can have. I had plans of grandure in buidling some rig with it, but I realise taht that day is probally so fucking far off that I will come up with another solution at that time (if I ever in fact get there).
I just need to dig it out of storage and it is yours.
Sounds awesome to me Pumba, let me know once you've located it and I'll be around to collect. What's your poison?
Going over to the storage shed Sunday for dinner so should be able to grab it then (pretty sure I can put my hand straight on it). Will let you know when I have it.
Henk is right on all counts. A couple are more deadly than one one. Also quite partial to any beer.
