    Shoei X-Spirit II

    Reduced...

I bought the helmet about two weeks ago and its a fraction too big . No point in having one of the best helmets on the market and it doesn't fit properly...hence the need to pass it on.

    Its a medium

So let me get this right. You've no ordered it overseas. You've went into Holeshot motorcycles and they've let you walk out with an $1150 helmet that doesn't fit?

Fit perfectly well on two visits. Decided fit was incorrect only after using the helmet. We helpfully ordered in different sized cheek pads but customer didnt return to try them.

Responsibility is always on the buyer for fitting - we can only ask the questions and judge the fit from the outside which isnt all encompassing.

Didn't you see a big red mark on his forehead ?

Wouldn't the helmet manufactuer accept an RMA, take it back and then have it inspected/xrayd?

I cant imagine the wholesaler airfreighting a helmet to Japan and back for that?

Plus dont you feel better knowing that when you buy a helmet that there is no way it hasnt been used, dropped etc..?
