Yip, the arse bit about it is on the catering side of things to be honest, we get a good deal at Base Camp and to keep the per head cost down we need to be around the 24-25 mark. Its a bit trying to when some take up a spot early and bail late leaving very little time someone else to get the Friday off work at short notice. But that's human nature and can't be help unfortunately.
There is someone really new to bikes that may want to jump into Group 3.

    Yeah, nah.
What's the point in living if you don't feel alive?

Toying with ones mortality shouldn't be this much fun.

Hey booking early is good because then you know rough numbers v's everyone booking late and people aren't prepared to cater or host large numbers.

Unfortunately life happens. It's not like a "oh wait I've double booked myself or I couldn't be bothered getting my shit organised in time" bosses pulling leave and bikes breaking are not things that we can forecast.

I'm pulling overtime all next week to make sure my projects stable for me to be away cause I work 7 days a week this month and most after hours so I can come.

I know for a fact Brian asked everywhere for the earliest time to get Tigger properly done and has managed to just get the Doctor in at his earliest time, and he's not exactly the cheapest. He's had the Doctor booked since mid last week as soon as he suspected something.

Tims had a go at his boss and tried everything to get out of it and still no luck.

I agree with you, I also prepare for one or two to drop out (for whatever reason) it has happened on all the rides so far, it can't be helped. There are still two more that are coming up on the Saturday that have not booked as yet and one more possible, as. I am not bothered, we will still be around 24-25 heads, probably more. Mark Waters is another there for the kia up on both nights.
