Wow so much to do, so little time!! Now officially old and a granddad, so will be spending time with my daughter and her daughter this evening instead of doing an oil change. I have to make time up at work so I'll be working through Thursday and having a fun Friday with lots of riding. See you all at Dairy Flats

You can do that?? (The beer)

On a more serious note, I will leave Hamilton around 12 and take my sweet time (might even try to get lost in the Auckland CBD) so see you... 4? Should give me enough time to fart around!

So still need to pack/find a bag

Give me a text, I might be inclined to come and meet you somewhere...
I left some beer up there at Labour Weekend.

Can do. I'll text when I leave the CBD, and then again around Dairy Flat area when I stop for gas (probably at the one on the SH unless you have another suggestion).

What's the KM's for the first day for you(and me etc) Mark? Around 350ish?

I don't have time right now to give details, but I will later. Suffice to say I strongly recommend avoiding getting engine work done there!
    Motorcycle Doctors however... A+
    I'm on for this ride.

I told Colemans that I have a big planned ride coming up, and my bike has developed some quite serious engine issues. I asked them if they had the time available to investigate and fix the engine issues. They assured me that yes they could, so I booked her in.
Colemans had my bike for 2 days and only replaced the sparkplugs regarding the 'engine running' issues. After that 2 days, they inform me that to investigate and fix the 'bottom end knock' (which turned out not to exist) would be a major engine strip and they would need to book in another time for longer.
There was no improvement in the engine running, and after a bit more riding she was garage-bound with worsening flooding/missing/running on 3 cylinders (forgive my distinct lack of mechanical knowledge).

George from Motorcycle Doctors had her for one day and now she is running sweeter than she has in years.
I'm yet to get the job break-down, so not sure of all he did. I gather it was mostly carbs.
I'd rather be sorry for something I've done, than for something I didn't do.

Hey is your girlfriend going to be at the starting point? Would she please be able to carry the limoncello? I'm just finishing it today but don't really have a way of getting them to you. (unless you are going on the ATNR)
