Yea had a lot of advice....don't buy new...check haha don't get white it will show the marks etc...check, I did however get good protective gear, but this was the first bike that said "Oi ride me first!" So after a heap of window shopping I went back to the first bike I liked and couldn't be happier

Lucky you I bought a brand new bike straight after passing my full license....it's a great feeling running bike and rider in together. Mind you riding a CG125 for 3 days and then riding a brand new zzr600 was a bit of a change.

only problem is the Kawasaki factory recall of the ECU on the 300.....which mine is booked in this Thursday to get replaced along with my 1000km first service.

I know how you feel - changing from a 400cc with 32hp & a CVT to a 936cc with 125hp where both are about the same weight was a big change for me. But you get used to the new bike and after a while you get comfortable enough with it.

You'll love this place Mark, it is ripe for those who like to tent it... so are you coming?

Just on that, can I have a show of hands as to who is tenting on this trip please?

There I was happily sitting on the fence...what the hell, why wouldn't you tent in the winterless north? So yeah hands up here , hopefully though some kind souls might let me floor it in a unit if the weather turns REALLY shitty.
Moe: Well, I'm better than dirt. Well, most kinds of dirt. I mean not that fancy store bought dirt. That stuffs loaded with nutrients. I...I can't compete with that stuff.

Good onya Rodney, just look at the vista that you'll wake up to two mornings in a row, waves lapping 20 meters away

When was that photo taken? Looks like the same trampoline they had in the 80s.

Let me know when you have ticked the boxes. And your first name would be a great help also.
