That was part of the rejig on Sunday morning... ''ok everyone not in my group go now''
When leaving Kerikeri I put the slowest rider behind me and kept him in sight the whole way.
The idea of smaller groups is cool, but the only issue would be finding enough people who are confidant with the route to lead/TEC each group. Unless only the constant speed group has both, and the other groups of about 4 just had a lead rider?

Basically the ride brief nowadays is ''have fun, see you at lunch''. I have great trust in the group leaders. They have done a great job on pervious rides, and they know exactly what is expected.
You done really well, and fitted in like you had been on these rides before, happy to have along anytime.
I think we all do pretty well sticking to the rules, when we remember them!
Though I was unsure if we were bothing with the staggered formation.

On Sunday I was somewhat so-so with my approval of the seat, but haveing taken a ride with it off - wow! I think I was just saddle sore from 3 days of riding. I need to take a page out of Simon's book for enduarance riding!
