The Comments department is now closed, the revised guidelines are as follows.
: I will set the lunch times, how you get there is up to the group leader.
: Coffee stops are optional. Eutpoia Kaiwaka now off the list as a preferred stop (service way to slow)
: The proposed route will just be a guide. The extras taken on this trip worked well. You can get to Paihia/Lunch stops anyway you want too, just be there by 1:30pm.
: Groups will be set before the ride commences.
: Leaving times will be adhered to, for example... 8:30 does not mean 9:20. Check fuel/tyre pressures the afternoon BEFORE.
: Fuel up (if needed) before a food stop, not after.
: The ride organiser (Me) is NOT responsible for the individual rider/s who do not know where their group is heading, take it up with your group leader. At kerikeri, Doug said to me that he off visit his Father, I told him we will be leaving in 30 mins, he was back in 25, it's real easy when you communicate.
when & where is the next journey ?![]()

Last Feb we went to New Plymouth, stayed at a camping ground there (awesome camp) collect $10 off everyone and ordered in 18 Pizzas for tea, had breakfast at Big Jim just south of Bell Block on the Sunday. Feb 2014 overnight ride is being looked at now, I will probably post it up in Dec sometime. We are not around for the best part of late Dec early Jan.
Ah yes the Man Fire started with the Woman's weekly and dry Pohutukawa bits, what fire restriction?![]()

It may well be that the this ride could be the last ever L's Angels ride, some things are happening that up this way that, in the event that everything falls into place, I wont be putting any more rides together. Wont know for sure until later in the month. I did have a ride planned that included that place you linked to me Doug and some untapped roads for day two, but like I said, no point in doing anything about just yet.
Sounds... Exciting for you? Sad for us...
