Pulled the sleeve off my ag100 (because i was bored..) and the rings seem to protrude a bit to much for the sleeve to just slide back over.
Any ideas?

they are designed to keep oil from the gearbox out of the cylinder, you need to squeeze them while you slip the sleeve over them.
Make sure you locate the ring gap on the locating protrusion in the ring groove, otherwise you won't be able to squeeze it in enough.

Oh right. Will i need a special style of plier to squeeze the rings?
Make sure you oil everything too, it helps.![]()

Oh cheers. When i tried i must not have had the separation in the locator gap.
When you say oil everything, what do you mean everything?
The rings? The sleeve?
Yep, rings, cylinder, piston. Dry metal on metal action aint pretty.![]()
