Carb problems

Hey I'm new at kiwi biker so go easy on me if I'm reposting hahah

Is there any one in Auckland (preferably north shore) that can lend out a manometer or vacuum gauge for four carbs to a responsible home taught bike mec? I know it's a bit of an ask, and i dont usually like to but I don't have the money to buy even a cheapy $110 ebay kit...
I'm in beach haven but can pick'em up and also drop'em off (along with a 6pack of cold ones) when I've balanced the bike.

It's be super if someone would like to come around to mine and teach me why they work but I understand people have lives so that's why I have YouTube hahaha

Any help or a point in the right(cheapest) direction would be greatly appreciated
