East West road turning off at Featherston. Google Cliffhanger Sprints and it has a map link.

But a ZX9 with a tired clutch, cutting a 9 second standing quarter?

The timing gear is getting old, and I think it is problematic with trying to set the reflector up square to the course.
I think the standing has an issue that you cut a beam to start so if your 200mm back you already have motion prior to crossing it.

Yeah turbo busa. Think he hit 340

Mine did 6 runs at between 291 and 293.
Im thinking my reflash didn't work on the speed limiter. Indicated 300 on clock 5th gear 11.5rpm and same 6th 10.5 rpm.
Could be I have a mental block that wont let me get there. LOL

Busa power mate. Might be time to sell up and get one hahaha. Was it a red one that looks stock?
Did you have a GPS with you to confirm the speed?

Yes was the 17k one. A lot had gps and the results were very close. The recorded times were a 1/4 average so peoples gps picked the fastest speed in the run.

The only one with large difference was the turbo as the average was lower than gps due to the fact it was still accelerating during the run.

Mine got to just past the 300 market on the clock by a few mm and then stopped accelerating. 10.5 rpm. Rev limiter activates indicated 11.7
It did the same speed approx on the clock at 11.5rpm in 5th and didn't seem to accelerate after changing.

Sounds like maybe brocks didn't flash your ecu correctly. Might want to chase them up about that, or get your own harness from woolrich and do it yourself and then charge others 60 bucks each to do theirs. There is a shitload more you can change with ECU editor then just the limiter and rev range, im actually considering getting one and having a play.

The Red busa could get alot more out of that motor with a larger turbo and a set of dumps instead of the mufler, but ahhh 400hp should be about enough. Did he have trouble keeping the front down on the standard wheel base? Wish I was there now just so I could talk to him about his build, mainly his intercooling setup. Must be a hell of a system for him to hold it wide open for 2km without anything melting.

Yeah I have sent message to Brocks to see what they say. its the month without my bike if sending it away that I wont like.

Contact him on his auction. he was getting around the corner before opening it up on the straight. Didn't see any wheelie issues.

Not yet search cliffhanger sprints in a couple of days. I think he had a 335kph average on one of the runs.
