Lambretta clutch cables are long enough to fit most bikes.....
or you could try www.melbarcables.co.nz/ (although they are in Lower Hutt) and see how long it will take to repair your cable?
oh try sterling clutch & brake www.sterlingbrake.co.nz/
Go and see Roger at Action Bike Wreckers in Barrys pt road, he can make a cable for you

As said Action Bike, helped me sort a cable for higher bars, can make any as long as has ends and specs.
Have bought cables on E Bay from U.K and U.S with both 5 days delivery. Can't get that in New Zealand.

Anyhoo don't forget to add to calendar 19th May, 27th July, and 31 August.
World whisky day, International whisky day, and Scotch whisky day.
Pyramid Parts do a whole load of clutch cables, you can see all the sizes and ends on their site at http://www.pyramidparts.co.nz/pages/cables pretty sure they will have the LS600 one.
oh that's great and good for vehicle.
Take it to any Autostop and they could make up a new one, usually cost around 50 to 80 bucks tho.
