    They exist for bikes as well!
    Look no further than the grip-lock - yellow and around $60-90 depending where you go and who rips you off.

    Holds the brake lever in while totaly neutralising throttle twisting.... run your bike at idle. No cheating/hacking with adjusting the idler though

    Disclaimer:

    I have one and they work good to stop the bike being moved without picking the whole thing up - but they are not intended for throttle control. Also not having a front brake might be detrimental to your health.
