Can we make a star on Earth?

Interesting look at how far we've come with fusion. And I have to laugh when the scientists call for more funding to avert what some would see as a crisis. Why does money hamper such important work? Seems a little silly really.

Anyhoo, it's an interesting watch (iffen ye like that sort of thing).

Unlimited energy zero pollution whats not to like, we can even start flinging in our old highly toxic chemical and fission nuclear waste and turn it into pure clean energy. Could start huge plants de-contaminating the seas and scrubbing our own atmosphere of pollutants, recycling land fill sites to re-cycle precious materials. The possibilities of unlimited energy are boundless. Of course someone will figure out a way to turn it into a destructive force as well

What I can't understand/agree with, is locking Tesla's 100 year old patents up so no one can copy hi inventions. The man was a genius MORE than 100 years ahead of his time. He had a working prototype of a generator (not the right word) in his work shop that was drawing electricity out of the ether then broadcasting it through the airwaves to his hotel to power his home.... 100 years ago.

    Yup!

What amazes is that his machines that did this were witnessed by all the worlds leading experts and documented as doing exactly what he said they did. No problems with the history books on that, or the fact that all his patents went to parties like Edison, JP Morgan and Westinghouse then the US Govt took all the really good stuff that was left. All documented and verifiable. No conspiracy there.

But the moment you suggest that his inventions and/or the inventions of so, so many others have and still are being suppressed... You are a TFH nutter spreading conspiracies.

That's right! People who read the history books (You know! the text below the pictures), Yup! They're the crazy ones.

What's more! If they fail to answer all the inane questions and straw man theories that are put forward to them by the terrified Oscar's of the world (because the Oscar's want to pretend they aren't in denial ) who steadfastly/illogically refuse to research hundreds or thousands of history books and learn about it themselves (or even watch a concise conveniently fact filled YouTube fucking documentary)... Well! Then they are full of shit as well.

A couple of laws regarding patents is that they are available to read and have a limited span, usually 20 years after filing. So these 100 year old patents are now available (about 80 years ago) for you and me to make a huge fortune.

You gotta wonder how long it would take us to take to build the protected gizmo's and what benefits would be felt in every corner of the globe.

"The US Patent Office reports that these patents are "protected" for "National Security reasons". Reference: SECRECY ORDER-(Title 35, United States Code (1952), sections 181-188) Reference: The US military reviews all patents before a examiner sees them. The Government could take a patent away from you and classify it as secret."

"Tom Valone is a former patent examiner who was fired years ago from the patent office and recently won a lawsuit against the US Patent Office. Tom was awarded reinstatement and six years of back pay. Dr Thomas Valone estimated that patent applications for FREE ENERGY related technology have been "secretized" over 3,000 times over the years."

As he was nearing completion of the full size model that he was making (financed by JP Morgan) Morgan found out that there was no way of metering the power that was being used, so he ordered it destroyed because he couldn't make any money out of it. Tosser.

Interesting thing is that 100 years later we finally have appliances that can be wirelessly charged (using conventional power supplies)

He demonstrated it on stage at an exhibition, there doesn't appear to anything documented that shows he did anything more than that

J P Morgan didn't order the tower destroyed but had pulled his backing, the tower wasn't destroyed until several years after they had stopped using it

There aren't one or two books that tell all about his inventions and the demonstrations he put on. The mans accomplishments were pushed to the background while others like edison and marconi were given credit for their inventions which were either (in the case of edison, stolen) and in the case of marconi (invented after Tesla had already invented them). The references/records of many of these events only existed in news papers and scientific journals of the time, and some in his biography and documentaries and books published by researchers who did the research of thousands of documents from the period. Over the years I have read much and watched many documentaries that contained quotes to original documents, but I never thought to write them all down for you. Hell! I didn't even know you. You are just going to have to do it for yourself. Google is your friend.

However, as always I have a YouTube taster which shouldn't stretch your attention span too greatly
