6 pages (for me) in and people still haven't gathered I'm not serious about the hooligan part? whoopdy-farkin-do. Anyone can go fast in a straight line (innit weren't even fast anyhoo).

thanks kb'ers and bosslady for crackin me the fuck up...or fukin crackin me up...a lesson for us all without them speed detector thingees...i used to have a sixth sense for cops when i was riding a lot back in the day...now the stealthy little buggerers are every where...
thanks for the lesson...i'm gonna do 60 in a 50 from now on and no situation will tempt me into a 70...oh no...thanks again
Yup cops every where on my last ride ..... But we had a big group and I set lead with the slowest behind me and set the pace to them....... probably saved a few tickets. We did have bikes pass us, only to come around the corner and see a cop sitting behind them :P
Must have been so disappointing for the cops to see a group of bikes coming and dish no tickets... even when hiding in a spot just inside the 50k area.
Noted them there lethal, and that the riders they were dealing with were NOT from our group. Awesome work in that respect.
Re being a Holigan, BL yer full of shit.
You got a ticket, you came on KB, the first few took the bait and said, " you poor thing" the rest of us ignored your obvious sympathy ploy and told you, you got what you deserved.Which you did.
The thread went balistic.
Good for you.
However the thread has pinpointed a few people who should never be allowed to ride motorcycles again.
The attitude needs to change people, do the crime, do the time, no one disagrees with this, but too many replying to this thread have seen nothing wrong with your apparent whinging about being ticked in an industrial area for speeding.
I used to cross that road every day for nearly 6 months while I built a large factory, my staff also crossed that road everyday, it was dangerous to say the least and to be caught out by a motorcycle speeding past other traffic wasn't pleasant.
Bottom line, speeding, caught, whine about it, troll for the sympathy vote, no worries but to actually think there was nothing wrong with doing it because it is an industrial area and no one goes the speed limit. Fail!
You have become a Hooligan and you are not repentant, in fact you have by default encouraged others to follow suit.
That I don't agree with , or like.
Every day above ground is a good day!:
the part that scares me in this thread is those that think its OK to out run the cops because they can....in fact they belittle people that didn't try to out run them, trying to outrun cops is just putting everyone at risk, the cop, the public and the dick head on the bike trying to run!
Stop the thread, I want to get off
Dude, I don't blame you for maybe not reading the whole thread, but here's an example of a post you might have missed, pretty sure there are others but I can't be bothered re-reading them either...
That reads like repentance to me.
And yet it appears hooligans can be sheep as well, if the video in this thread is anything to go by:

I haven't posted a lot in this thread due to it evolving without my help but if I catch the thread slacking off I might stir it up again.![]()
I have evolved as a KB member. Now nothing I say should be taken seriously.
Read properly next time. Your suggestion that I wanted sympathy cause I got a ticket sure took me by surprise lol the thought never crossed my mind and id never expect someone to feel sorry for me doing something wrong knowingly, lol. Do the crime pay the fine. Could av been worse. I honestly don't care but will try and avoid it happening again. Meh.

Actually I never said half the things you seem to think I did mossy. Never said it was ok. Never said it was ok that it was an industrial area although id still be for the limit being upped a little and I certainly never made mention of it being ok because other people go just as fast because I wouldn't know I haven't been on that road much and generally stick very well to posted speed limits anyway. Anyway don't know why I bother. Haha.
