I'm on of those people that if I get caught doing something I shouldn't have been doing then oh well. Whatever I do e.g. Speeding I do with a knowledge of the law and that I am breaking it.

When I got my speeding ticket years ago I nearly said "is that all" when I got the fine. 14kph over $70.

I'm no fan of the blood sucking leeches that pass for lawyers in this country.

But they are very good at writing at writing nasty letters and can often get results where the ordinary citizens fail.

Maybe it is worth you talking to one.

Also if you are getting no satisfaction, you could take it up with the IPC, your local MP and with the Minister.
