I got one.. itsa okish.. but will only record for 50 mins tops (builtin battery)

The suction mount is quite sticky for what it is, better than most of em to be honest.

You need to buy a class 10 SD for it.. personally, if I did it again, I'd save up and get a second hand contour or gopro. This would make a good second cam for putting in places where it might get damaged, lost etc..

    footage filmed using it..

Thanks, It is certainly cheap enough, question would the suction cup attachment work ok mounted to fairing?

Can't stand them on the helmet.

I had it attached to the tank, and it was fine. It didnt want to stick to my fairing.
It also comes with a "handle bar mount" and a helmet mount.. the helmet mount is a bit useless, but the above footage was taken using it (the helmet mount - a flat piece of plastic with slots for a velcro strap which is provided) mounted on the brake reservoir. I had the handle bar mount on the packrack and was going to move the cam there and film the dudes behind me.. but the battery went flat..

I have had reason to regret buying a cheap camera before today.

I now have a Replay XD 1080 which ticks all boxes for me.

4-5? Maybe if you want the latest and greatest. You can pick up an older gopro for around $200 that has video quality miles better than this.

    Yeah - that's a bit of a bugger innit?

I bought the RePlay when they had an introductory offer going so got $100 off. Still took a while to fix the credit card though...

The first camera I bought was a $200 ATC2K. Totally useless. I should have saved up for the good one in the first place.

<-- footage from 3 cams. 1x contour on my bike and 2x gopro on the versys (one hero, one hero2)

Yep, me too.. I'm hoping my boss will get some of the new sony sports cameras, with their supposedly amazing anti vibration stuff.. I'll get to try them out on my motorbike and bicycle for a few months to see if they are worth buying for work.
