The 'on board' shows the (mighty) Yamaha jumping out of the corners better but the Honda tracks back up onto them by the end of the straights and MM seems to make the pass with ease and yes slipstreaming has alot toplay.

Yeah I've noticed that. Used to be the Honda getting the jump out of the turns on the Yamaha eh! I see MM had to change the top gear on his Honda at Mugello to be able to draft the Yamaha...

Yeah I've been comparing too,(from my armchair) Yamaha look to have improved ?
Maybe Horhay is feeling the pinch .

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

Maybe the inch perfect sweeping 250 style lines aren't the way to go right now. Should be ok at Assen though eh?

I noted the same thing in the last GP. Couldn't believe Marquez wasn't monstering Rossi at two thirds the start/finish straight.

Tough one to call. Marquez seems to just let the rear wheel hover all the way to an apex, no matter how fast the corner is.

Sure was and is! You could all but bet on him winning the race if he got the hole shot of the line
