Suzuki, WTF. Time to roll out the old GSVR 990 V4 again I'd say and see if they can turn that into something worthwhile.
    Cheers

    Shit that's a bit tough.
It's their first outing, as a wildcard with a development rider - what did you expect?

I don't think you could have expected anything else from the Suzuki. A race distance finish will be a major achievement.
If a man is alone in the woods and there isn't a woke Hollywood around to call him racist, is he still white?

They've got two new riders and 140 days before the next race, I think they'll come up with summat.

I'm not holding my breath. I really do think a race finish will be something to celebrate. Then they can look at going after the customer Ducatis and NGM Forward.

Lol, those were the days - last race of the 990 era John Hopkins on the Suzuki finished ahead of Valentino Rossi on the Yamaha as Vale crashed and then rejoined the race - can't remember that race really but the Ducatis were 1 and 2 and that's before Stoner was their boy:

In this latest race the Suzuki couldn't even manage the top speed of most of the open class Hondas and it was so funny how Honda were so badly bagged early in the year but clearly Nakamoto had built exactly what Dorna wanted - something to replace CRT - and then Dorna changed the rules again to allow Ducati some advantage and Suzuki have been given some advantage too. So why is the bike so slow in comparison as they have been testing it a while now and should have been able to figure that out.

    Comparisons here http://resources.motogp.com/files/re...df?v1_4b6c1bf7

    Marc Marquez 329.3 km/hr, Randy 309.4 km/hr.
    Cheers

You're such a cynical bastard. But I have to agree with you.
Zen wisdom: No matter what happens, somebody will find a way to take it too seriously. - obviously had KB in mind when he came up with that gem

I guess we'll see fairly soon if Aleix and Maverick can squeeze any more out of it.

dang I was going to start a new thread re Millar. Was it just a bad case of sour grapes?
By the way he seemed not upset but boiling angry I got the impression something had actually happened during that race to piss him off.
I couldn't see what it was though.
If it was just bitter disappointment at beng beaten then yep he needs to grow up
To see a life newly created. To watch it grow and prosper. Isn't that the greatest gift a human being can be given?
