I'm certainly not. Only takes MM to fall off on one of his many practice crashes and break a leg...

Both Dovi and Iannone lost engines today. When was the last time a manufacturer had two engine failures in the same session? They have them stressed to the max obviously to take advantage of the rules

    Random thoughts.

Tyres were a problem in practice. Marquez only got three fast laps on one tyre, but one of those was the fastest lap.

Rossi said he hopes the temperature will be 10 degrees higher tomorrow to make the tyres last longer. Also as the track surface improves so the tyres will perform better, but whether they will last race distance is the question.

News that the MotoGP video pass is no longer available in Italy or Spain. No explanation has been given as yet, but I think that it's to do with the return of Movistar to GP sponsorship? That and the fact that SKY italy, along with Rossi's merchandising company VR46, sponsor Fenati and Bagnaia? Maybe Dorna gave Movistar and Sky Italy the sort of deal SKY here were reportedly looking for. Maybe it's just as well SKY NZ aren't sponsoring anybody...

Jack Miller has won two consecutive GPs. Apparently even Stoner didn't manage that when he was on 125s.

In Argentina you don't leave anything lying around or it will disappear. ESa had his bag stolen, lost everything in it except his passport.

The track is in a poor rural area of Argentina but the sleepy local town is waking up as thousands of motorcyclists move in. The joint is predicted to be jumping by Saturday night.
Love the idea of those Argentinian barbecues.
