Very nice it is too. I looked at Sony and Panasonic offerings but the Canon ticked the boxes for my application best. Outstanding connectivity and 'run and gun'.
Plus new fruit to suit. Sony radio and Rode bayonet mics, a Manfrotto fluid head tripod and shoe mount light, battery and some gun SD cards.

I'm looking to take my bike vids to the next level.

The kit's first outing was for Heavy Duty. (I'm working on a KR vid now.)

About to pull the trigger on a new Nikon D800 and good glass as well - largely with video in mind too.
But for shoots where there is time to set up.

The Canon is good to go a few seconds after it comes out of the case. The mics take longer to set up.

Cheers, been contemplating that canon myself
With my beer tinted glasses I'm ready to biddy battle,
I'm hungry like the wolf, but I'll end up tending cattle!

Glad you cleared that up. For a minute I thought you meant you had a man-eating cunt.
