Sorry to hear about your problems,it sounds as though you've finally found someone you can trust to do a professional job.I think you've done everything in the correct manner so should get your money back-even if you need to follow it up through small claims, it would be worth it.

Yeah I'm sure i'll be able to get at least most of the money back. I'm just waiting for motomart to finish on the bike so they can write up a list of the stuff that he'd claimed to have fixed, that was still completely shagged.

Was expecting to get it back today.. one head gasket and 1 base gasket arrived, but the other head gasket had to come from japan.. so it's another 2 weeks now!
Argh.

Still, it'll be good to have it fixed properly at last.
