Hello from the other side (grubbytech)

Hi there from the UK. I've been riding bikes since I was 13 years old & still haven't lost the bug for it, in fact if anything it's got worse as I've got older. I have 3 bikes at the moment, a 2007 Yamaha FJR1300, a 1980 Moto Guzzi Mk II Le Mans & a 1974 Suzuki GT750 kettle. I love to tour with my wife, hence the FJR & in fact I'll be coming to your fair land in January which is why I've joined your forum.
    In the past I have owned a Fantic chopper, 5 Yamaha RD250's, a Suzuki GSX400F, a Kawasaki Z550, a Kawasaki Z650B, a Yamaha XJ900, a Honda 400 four, a Honda CB125S, a Honda CB125T, a Honda CX500 with a Squire sidecar (Loved that thing), a Triumph T100, a Kawasaki Z1100R Eddie Lawson rep, 2 Yamaha FZR1000 Exups, a Yamaha FJ1200 & a seriously tweeked (178BHP at the rear wheel) Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa.
I've built several bikes over the years, including the XJ900, the Hayabusa & the T100. The Moto Guzzi I own is a long term project, my wife takes the piss constantly about the time & money that have gone into it. I've had it for over 20 years & have spent over 15g on it so far
Maybe I'll meet some of you when I come over in January for my little ride around the South Island.
