I can vouch for him as well. I know someone who lived in Kelson and bothered to go all the way to j'ville for every warrant purely because they trusted him.

I have dealt with him in the past and have started doing so again and find him good at matching the solution to your bike - which currently is just whatever will get it running but he was also good with my old GS500E.

He comes across as being more interested in keeping bikes on the road than purely profit and has been in j'ville for decades.

Ha ha, when I was living in Kelson I was doing the same thing (& then when I moved). Only stopped as wife got a job on Saturdays (when he does all the WOFs) so I'm looking after the kids that day.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

He was foreman at Honda City wasn't he?

Saw old man Mike riding that crazy 3 wheel articulated scooter thingy this morning. He still seems to hang out in the back of Honda city workshop (front is the bottley) presumably to escape the wife.

    Richards Motorcycles in Johnsonville.
Richard is a God as far as I'm concerned. He has been working on my bikes since 1979.
The only time he hasn't worked on my bikes is when I have been living out of the country.
Had to take my bike somewhere else once. A reputed Wellington dealer, well that ended in complete disappointment.
Richard doesn't suffer fools particularly well and why should he.
