Looks like i'll be at Johns stealing his food and space on the saturday, so we will probably meet you guys at wellsford petrol station the next day for the return trip.
Gotta love the piece of mind having ya 'stricted gives you :spudflip:
Well, it turns out that my bike will be back on the road in time, after 6 long months. So, I'll tag along too, if that's ok with everyone.
Last ride I had up that way with KB, the engine blew up.
The KB ride before that, it lay dow for a rest in the gravel.
So third time lucky.
Ill give you a definite maybe of my attendance.
Its a combination of my Physyical Health, Financial Health, and Bikes Engine Health that need to be sorted.
Sorry I Ass-U-Me-d that the Ak'ers were going via Old North Rd not Helensville. The means that, if they leave Westgate by 10am and go via Helensville, they will not get to Wellsford until well after 11:30am (it may even take them longer than that). If Pacidfemme could conform that this is definitely the route they are taking, then the Whangarei lot would only have to leave Maungatapere by 10am (and not 9:30am as I had posted in the above quote).Originally Posted by RiderInBlack

Well the fun route north of Wellsford for those of you that will come back up is looking not too bad, me and RIB just toured the routes (Paparoa area & Waipu cove etc.) Few spots of pea metal and a few dodgy pot hole fixes but other than that it's looking good!
I'm sure RIB will elaborate some more soon.
/end communication
Yep, see my last post (http://www.kiwibiker.co.nz/forums/sh...0&postcount=18) in Sun 11th (starts with PF)Originally Posted by Antallica

You won't be missing anything by going taking SH16 from Westgate to Helensville.
