Anyhoo- free speech is free speech, you retain the right to look down from your ivory tower, but only you are allowed an opinion or point of view?. No idea who that rooster is/was, but object to you implying you should shoot him for saying whatever it was he said. A man of principal and moral integrity would have sought to help me understand what Smokeu's dad did wrong, a man without such, would simply offer a typical left wing kneejerk reaction.

It is I, who holds the moral high ground here, for I would also defend YOUR right to free speech, despite the fact that you are a politically and socially correct, trendy lefty sandal wearing clueless tree hugger wearing rose tinted glasses.

Off to wash my sheet and polish my cross now, so I look sharp later.
    See you at the meeting.
As I said previously - it wasn't what he said it was what he did ... if you can't read with comprehension then I am sure I can recommend a good literacy learning programme for you ..

His name was Eugene Terreblanche and he was the leader of the white Afrikaaner party Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB). Yes - he was a racist ... he threatened civil war in South Africa to maintain a white rule and then advodated for a white supremist independent state ... but hey, as you say, that is all free speech ..

    What he DID ...

In the late 1990s he spent time in jail for a racist assalt on a black petrol station attendent ... and for the attempted murder of a black security guard ...

If the racist fuck had kept to talking bullshit I would just think he was an arsehole .... but he put it into action ... a murderous racist fuck ..

Small wonder you get black hating extremists, it's called cause and effect.
Yeah yeah yeah .. What trhe fuck has Rhodesia got to do with Eugene Terreblanche ??? He was South African for God sake .. do you know the difference ???

Mugabe and his followers reversed the situation in Zimbabwe - treating the whites and they had treated the blacks ... South Africa under Mandela did not do that ... Mandela said that the blacks had suffered under oppresion, knew what that was like and, having experienced oppression, would not do that to another group of people ...

Oppression is certainly not new and has been going on for thousands of years all around the world.

Africa had internal oppression long before the white settlers though. For example, Shaka Zula brought it to a whole new level within South Africa and reigned supreme until he was assassinated in 1828.

Closer to home, Tongans, who were called the Vikings of the South Pacific, had an empire that extended to Fiji, Samoa and Niue and of course NZ Maori are well known for their inter-tribal warfare.

It hasn't stopped, if it's not one side it's the other. Stupid humans.

I always pissed me off that for 9 years on PM wages she could not get her bloody front teeth fixed. Feck since she was representing NZ I'd have been happy to have my taxes go towards it. Must have been a lesbo thing I guess .........

She was vilified in the press for daring to have her hair styled. If she dared to have dental work done we would never had heard the end of it. Her job was to run the country, not look good.
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

    Agreed.

Helen Clark had her faults but I so tired of the puerile way her detractors continually complain about her appearance.

Maybe they'd like ballot papers to have candidate's photo's. That way those that are too stupid to read could vote for someone who met there aesthetic requirements.

Perhaps you'd like to make that comment know to the liarbour party? Remember that THEY doctored the election billboard posters to make her unrecognisable with fancy hair and fixed teeth?
