GN125 for sale

Selling my GN125 as I've moved house and it's no longer getting used

It's in pretty good condition, but it needs some work to get road ready as I haven't been using it.

As far as I am aware -

The good:

Just had a full engine rebuild and service before I moved house and I no longer needed it. Has only done about 300km since then
Comes with a full tank of gas
Comes with a topbox
Comes with its manual and service history etc
Spare key
I brought it from a dealer, it was their dealership bike (they used it lots, it wasn't new)

The not so good:

Dead rego (expired 01/11/2012)
Needs a wof
Needs new fork seals
Could do with an oil flush
It seems to have leaked some brake fluid while its been sitting, not sure re cause.

Selling as is where is. I am by no means a mechanic so please check the bike before you make any decisions about buying it.
Would make a good project bike, cafe racer or parts bike.
