Cool What a day so far....

I headed to the city this morning...
    "Ernie" wasnt there today.
Dropped off stuff to another KBer....

Then I headed up Pitt Street, I spotted SpankMe and tooted and waved to him. SpankMe your KB badge sure does stand out on your black leather jacket.
Had to drop off more stuff to some friends...

Finally headed throu Great North Road towards Pt Chev.
UNTIL some older Samoan plonker came out of a driveway, with out even looking straight into my lane.. and fark I just about went into the side of his car. I did hit the horn.... and the plonker didnt even acknowledge what he had done. I pulled up beside him and yelled abuse at this arsehole...
I missed his car by less than an inch.
My adreniline (sp) was sure pumping by now.

Headed throu New Lynn... and there is a bike out there that needs to get his Rego updated. It has 3/99 on the rego thingee.
His number is 73TOL or 73TQL. Big silver machine and a big rider with a redish helmet oh yeah and wearing thin gardening gloves.

Headed to my friends for a well earned cuppa tea.

Just waiting for my mate to come around to pick me up, to go and get her new car and then I drive her old car home and then she will drop me back home again. Cor blimey I hope that all goes according to plan.

I have to head back to the city tonight again...on the bike.
Why cant people acknowledge they made a mistake when driving.

I agree but at least you didn't hit him. Some are not so lucky and then they still decide not to accept responsibility. Don't know how some people get theie licences.
You know you had a good nite when you have to ask someone if you had a good nite.

Lucky. I've been stuck in a cage all day trying to get it sorted and ready for a WOF and orginising some work to be done on my speedo cable.

    Lucky.
I've spent all day (actually, the last six years) writing boring manuals for boring software. What I wouldn't give to be spending all day stuck in a cage trying to get it sorted and ready for a WOF and organising some work to be done on my speedo cable.
    You lucky, lucky bastard.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

There was an interview with his family in the paper today, his wife reckoned the truckie pulled out in front of them or something like that, but his own mother said he was not related to "the two sportsmen" - so his name must just be a common one!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
