True that, must be either the cigars or altitude sickness.

I asked if they had one we could use. This is the response I got.

Yes we have one of those huge catering ones. Can cook about 500 sausages at a time on it. Its new and only used once or twice. Youre welcome to use it. I can't guarantee it will be clean as a couple of younger girls did our last BBQ but if youre going to use it woulld appreciate it being left clean.

I said we would use our own gas, so now we just need to organise that and an OCD type to clean it properly afterwards.

Ok; We can bring up a bottle; and BBQ cleaning equipment.
I'm not OCD (much); But I can rally the troops and ensure it is returned better than we got it....

Looks like a communal BBQ Saturday night instead of a run to noodle barn. I'll do a grocery run into Toke after the racing for some stuff that isn't made of cow, probably best I do that soon after the racing if past years are anything to go by.

Should we all chip (mandatory) in $10-15 bucks at sign in; to ensure you know how many you are buying for...
    Bread/Sauce/green sh!t/hashbrowns/non-cow meat products....

Now all we need is to find a Coffee express van/trailer in Toke and suggest they pop out Sunday morning...

No need to get that organised.
We can do a quick survey on Saturday afternoon and see what we need in the way of salads and garlic bread.
As tempting as it is to throw my coffee machine in I'm going to leave it at home. I have got a reasonable sized plunger in the van if you need to use it.

I'm quite keen to not turn the Bucket Xmas party into a fully catered affair, we don't need more stuff to organise on top of the meeting itself.
