    Two questions

    1. how are we off for F5 bikes, not sure if I should throw in a spare F4 or an F5

Mine will be there but not sure if it will be running, it's having some surgery on friday so I'll keep my fingers crossed. I may end up sharing Johns green 150
Let me know. If yours is along I'll throw Craig's in, if not I am under no illusions of being able to live with Dave's one.

I watched the last couple of GP's and no one seems to live with Daves Kreidler

Friday night jacked up with the powers that be.
If anyone beats me there, which is quite likely, and needs access to the club rooms give me a call on 021 144 3090 and I'll tell you where the key should be stashed if they have been there to stash it before you.

By the way, can anyone bring a chainsaw? Mine is a bit tired.

    2. Has anyone got been in touch with the folks down there and got opening up for Friday sorted?[/QUOTE]

Hi guys, the track is all ready for you. The key for the track is ready and in its usual spot. Same place as last year.

I do have a key for the gate as well.

I will be at work until 2pm, but can open up after that if needed.

As normal bring some warm clothes as the morning and evening temp is quite cool. We have plenty of fog this morning.
It was suppose to be thunder and rain yesterday but it turned out a beautiful day with only a small amount of rain at 6pm. So dont take the weather reports too seriously.
Yes you will probably need to bring you own BBQ.

Right, just got the exhaust back on the sidecar and tidied up a few bits and pieces (like the rocking engine that probably broke the exhaust to start with). Haven't fitted the new tires yet, but I might take them with me just in case I get motivated track side. Better plug in and charge my battery pack as we have proven my swinger nearly dies when he has to push it in the start line.

Looked at the solo as well, even changed a broken brake lever. Should be mint.

Plan at the moment is to arrive about 5 or 6pm tomorrow night. Hope there is not to much rain as my tent is not great!

For the record Qkkid was in my bed, not the other way round

Weather should be OK. I'll have a back up start pack to save your swinger if yours dies. You should just put a battery in it you know, that way you'll have poof start when you stall it in the line as well

Yea I know I should, and of course that is the plan. I am just being tight.

Anyone got any older half decent ones lying around? Through the moves I have gotten rid of the couple that would have fine for the task.

I have a couple that have come out of the FXR's...
Sealed units, were working fine when removed blah blah, can bring one up if you want?

May be rooted now but then again maybe fine after a charge.

Was there room with all the banjos?

At Steve's request I'm going to try and do a port run in the morning.
If you want anything let me know. From memory the menu is

House port $20 or $30 but it isn't that good
    White port $35
    Tawny $45
Directors $50 or 70 for a liter and a half.

    Let me know.
