It's actually pretty serious shit if a registered dealer sells a bike without a CIN. The buyer should lay a complaint.
It seems they are not the best for tyres any more. Searching around and finding tyres are a bit cheaper elsewhere...
Their $30- per tyre fitting fee... does not help the price either, especially when their "on sale" price is still more expensive.

After reading this thread, I can't resist to share my experience with cycletreads .
I bought my bike new from this shop and recently, i booked my bike a week in advance for a 10k service on a Friday morning.
When i turned up on that faithful morning, i had to wait good 20 minutes before they can see me at workshop then i was welcomed by the grumpiest foreman ever, who started his greeting by raising his frustrated voice and asked if i have filled the form that i don't know where to get. Therefore, i asked him politely where the form is, then he replied with a frustrated tone saying that he is busy and has a few hire bike that he needs to prepare.
I got through the form ok then the courtesy bike, when i asked how long the service would take and if there is any chance of a courtesy bike that i can borrow to allow me to attend a meeting in town. He then looked his colleague in complete shock and interrogate him to see if there is a courtesy bike booked.... while they were sorting out their own internal affair, i wondered off to the other side to have a look at the accessories then i heard the man yelling over at me in "Pigeon English" saying upstairs, coffee, free........
I walked over and asked the man again how long does it take for the service, his replied was it would take a hour but cannot not work on it now. I was ok with that and i asked again about that courtesy bike by chance (I never had an answer as he was busy ripping into his colleague) then he replied in a stone cold voice "No, but you can wait upstairs and have a free coffee".... unfortunately, i had to go back to work after mucking more than a hour with nothing achieved. So, I took my key and left...
To be honest, my whole experience with this shop has never been great from buying to servicing but i would like to think their coffee must be top notch but i never had the pleasure to enjoy it....
