    Yamaha SRX600 refurb

I have a 1986 Yamaha SRX600 which I'm about to restore, but there are some "bits" missing (I think). Does anyone have an SRX and could send me a photo of the battery connectors setup? The battery, its tie-down strap and wires/connectors that should be there for attaching to a battery is missing. A photo should show me what the battery set-up should look like.

At the moment I've just started stripping the bike, I will take it down to nut & bolt component before painting, replacing all seals, O rings, etc. I'm going to replace the carburettors with Keihin 33mm dual carburettors.

    Thanks, Stephen.

Went through one of them for a customer a few years back...First thing to look at is the gearbox. I replaced several gear pairs, typically most had severe pitting. I put this down to it being a single and the cush drives not being adequate when it's running at low speed around town.
Put in a cam and tweaked it a bit. Nice bike when it was finished.
