You lucky bastards. Change is a good thing, standing water stagnates. Go hard and have a blast.

We'll be promoting/marketing it as such yes, a few car clubs stop there also I believe. There is room for at least 25 bikes and still enough room to eat/drink and talk shyte, which flows as easy as the beer

Congrats Mark and Anne! We're stoked for you.

Every time we've been there we've looked at the bay and thought "must bring the kayaks up some time". Now we have even more reason to do it.

So, I have resigned. I am about as popular as a cup of cold sick! Anyone know of an experienced PA/Office Manager available for an immediate start?

It's funny resigning. Even when it's for positive reasons everybody tries to make you fell like you're letting the side down. So in the new job will you be Marks' manager? Or will he have to handle himself?

Good on you both, sounds like a great life experience.
I would like that Al but sticking with the Suzuki for the moment, can't look beyond this time next year, lots to do between now and the end of Jan.

I informed the people I contract to earlier (different scenario I know) and they we well supportive, saying that we doing the right thing etc. They are interest in buying the flooring gear we need to shift also..
It was said yesterday that they have a new lawn mower, I don't mow lawns, in fact, I loath the very idea of mowing lawns. But this has a throttle so no pushing, and it's a very small lawn area but I will still need a swim after each lap.

I was reasonbly fast over distance at my peak. We haven't been out for a few years now and it shows in my girth. All the more incentive to get back to regular paddling and lose a few feet off the waist.
