If you get stuck for options you can stay here & do some "woofing".

It also crossed my mind that after the school hols you could have a wee jaunt at "The Farm".
My bike is on TM (it has not seen the light of day since the Cape ride) if it sells? it sells, if not? I will keep it. Seems a shame to have such a bike, not doing what it was built for. A motel management job will mean the status quo on the riding front, so I hope it sells.
Think I might bring it back to the camp next weekend.

Or, now would be a wonderful time to do a motorbike tour around the world. Then write a book about it of course, to finance the next tour. Well that's the theory at least
I like your thinking, what a dream that would be, people paying to read my crap...

Shit. Sorry to hear about your turn of bad luck. If it's any consolation, a mate of mine back in the UK did something similar. They moved up norf to take over a site and started the handover only to find that about 10 weeks in the "owners" had decided not to sell. However, about 14 months later he found another one, not where he wanted, but from what I hear he's loving it. Keep on keeping on, there are happy endings... and much less messy than the massage type ones.
    I didn't think!!! I experimented!!!

Yup, if you step into the unknown with a good attitude ultimately you tend to get a great reward. Fortune favours the bold.

Maha, you need something you can get dirty when you ride it. No, really, you do.

    Management Position

Well, unemployment was short lived! We applied for a job at the Parklane Motor Inn http://www.parklane.co.nz/index.php and went for an interview on Sunday. We have just been offered the job! 60 applicants and we were short listed to 5 couples and the only ones with no previous experience. Start date Feb 24th. Excited does not even cover it at the moment!
