In theory... but once I've got their law "understood" and it sinks in I'll be changing my plate to something else and growing whatever I choose to. I will, however, still pay my rego. Then we'll see where we go from there. Could be fun. Might even query a couple of local fuzz (neighbour) over a beer or two.
