Rhys haa a lot of knowledge to share and I was more than happy to have him join us.
As for going awol it's too big a job for one perwpn at this level, I did th best I could but needed to have a leak and a breather so was glad when o got help
. Apprpx 1/3 of the riders made the effort to fill out commentators sheets shows you how much they value the role it takes on the day and supporting their sponsors eh?

Your history knowledge is pretty good yourself Spyda.
Commentating would be a bloody hard job ? I take it you do it for love.

I reckon they should give you a fridge of beer and a dunny, it'd just get better as the day went on.

You'd never go hungry with Nigella Gaz.
If it weren't for flashbacks...I'd have no memory at all..

they all came up among others when i asked at riders briefing, as for giving them a reduced entry it's a sport, why can't they spend a spare hour to help THEIR sport without the need to get a few dollars?
I get a bit of coin to do the nationals, not enough to pay my ferry as it sits, but it is what i asked for and i'm happy, my business takes a hit while i'm away too, but that's my sacrifice to get forced to watch my sport from the best seat in the house.
I've got 18 meetings booked in so far this year, without the other meetings i want to do out of interest but that's what i want to do.

Mate - you sure do a better job than that Phil Dark. Cant understand why he is still on tele comentating on local NZ motorsport.

Good on ya. Another contributor to the sport without having your hand out....
