Year's coming to an end... when's the end of year KB event?

Hey guys, has anyone in Auckland thought about this years yearly KB event? (BBQ, Bowling , Pools etc.) I'd do it myself but nobody seems to want to come up here often, so one of you Auckers should do it.

Last years BBQ at Parakai was awesome (cheers Frosty!)

I think we need another, there's so many new members that have come since then. Well, that was my quick post.

    Ok, I've voted NO.

We certainly DO want an end of year function, but somewhere in Central Otago would be far more appropriate. May I suggest Glenorchy?

Perhaps one in the North, one Central, one South, not on the same weekend, so some of the keen folks can go to more than one

Paul in NZ did a damn good BBQ last year for us 'central' ones. I think we should do something like that again.

Maybe all areas have them at different times so the keen ones can do them all...

id be interested in going to one locally....might even look as far afield as wellington so long as i had some company for most of the trip. dont feel experienced enough to take on auckland though.

edit: are there KB patches avaliable at the get together[s]?

I'm not sure your 250 will make it very far out of Wellington

Smile Back to the Topic ....

I didn't get to the Christmas BBQ last year, but it sounded like good.....can we go to Parakai again?

Or maybe somewhere similar - what about booking one of the sheltered BBQ areas at Muriwai Beach ?

Hmmmm, or Maybe not, KBers might scare the Gannets.......
