charity ride yesterday. wanganui to shannon

awesome, awesome ride!!! any members of the wanganui triumph owners club here??? thank you heaps for a great day out!! am honored to have been allowed to ride with you. great to know that my money went to a good cause and that we bypassed your estimate, allowing the childrens ward to buy the equipment they needed, with heaps to spare!!

was a great day had by all...pity the weather wasnt better, but close enough. again, thank you for a great day out, and the oppotunity to stretch pups "legs" and give me more experience on the open road [at 120k no less!!]

    YEEEEEEEEEEHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!

I didn't know about this ride until it had ended when a friend from Wanganui who had been on it rang me. I would have ridden up to Shannon to say hi - we only live about 15kms south of there!
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

    Thumbs up YEEEEHAAAAAAA!

well....the total was in the paper....over $3500 raised! definatly not bad!! the amount required was $2200, so the excess will likely be spent on toys etc for the sick kids. official count was 82 bikes, with i think only one break down, but cant confirm it.
