It's not a village.

Boys are predisposed to be shaped by their family's adult males and their adult male friends. In the absence of strong positive role models they get angry and confused about how they're supposed to behave.

Why aspire to be someone else when they should be finding out who they are?

You couldn't re-engineer the village if you added another 12 zeros onto the current GDP of the country.

You can encourage them to be whatever they can imagine. But they're designed to copy strong role models. Your approval isn't required for that, it's just how it is.

I don't agree. People are the same now as those that raised kids successfully for generations in small villages.
