Rear-ended and the driver tries to escape!

Writing this because I'm upset as hell and to warn you about this Fucktard that is in Auckland CBD.

Today when me and my girlfriend on the back was riding along a two lane road in Auckland CBD, an oncoming car suddenly does a U-turn over double solid lines and tries to merge straight into my lane (and me!). I stay in my lane, the car driving along half way into my lane, half way in the opposing traffic lane, he starts to push me out of my lane! I press the horn and made my presence very clear with eye contact. Didn't help, he kept jamming into me so he hit my girlfriends right leg and rear end of my bike with his front left side bumper. I come to a stop in front of him, but he takes me over to the right and drives off. By now I'm so pissed off, I gun it and chase him up, over taking him, stopping, and being rear ended again! WTF!!??

I was so upset, I parked my bike in front of him, went up to the driver side. He showed the courtesy to open his window and tell me I should have moved over in the first place. From there I cant remember exactly what happened or came out of my mouth. I ordered him out if his car, but he refused. I got a picture of his drivers license and told him this story is not going to end here.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do now. The bikes tail is a bit f***ed up, but that's not the worst. The worst is how vulnerable I feel on the bike, the and though of what could happened to my girlfriends leg.

The Fucktard that could cause peoples death in traffic.

Yeah, that would be the natural thing to do. But is it going to make any difference? Will they actually do something other than put in the trash bin after a week?

It happened somewhere along Parnell Rd, towards and close to Newmarket, riding out from the city.

And shove pork down his neck hole

That guy sounds like an asshole.

But have to ask why you didn't get the hell out of the situation sooner?

    Alright, police it is tomorrow.

Another thing that just came to my mind. The woman started to beg me to come down, "We have kids in the car!". Yeah, what the HELL do I care about that when you just deliberately put my life at risk!

Yes, that bothers me too. I could have braked and let him in. But my stubbornness said "NO, I'm riding along in this lane. You cant just assume you can do an illegal U-turn and then merge straight into me."

Have to admit, I have zero expectation of the law or justice system doing anything about stuff like this, and tend to react on a level some consider a touch agressively because of that, armoured fist down on the drivers mirror (smash it off!) would have been my first act upon catching up, then a grip on the windpipe and make him believe he is about to die, while delivering my tirade of abuse.

Can get you into trouble, but may save the life of another motorist, 2 or 4 wheeled.

I am utterly hate filled toward anything afgan/nth paki, allowing it to live here and drive here and it makes me worse.

Be glad you girl and you are ok, had he knocked you off, he would have pretended nothing happened and driven away.
    Speed kills-just ask the rabbit......
