    Mmmm Motobikes or cars

    I like Motobikes. I don't like cars.

    That was easy
    Because I can...

That's a no-brainer. Still watch the MotoGP of course. Rossi or not, bikes are better to watch, in my opinion.

Um I think the amount of times motogp is on the same time as f1 every year is 2 or 3 at the most. They try to not have a clash. Every time it has been on at the same time i have just taped one and watched the other, not a major decision.

Lets not get this into a f1 vs motogp thread, we all know which one is better but f1 is still motorsport and is sometimes good to watch.

The trouble with trying to do both is that F1 moves to Sky next season.

I do't know about you guys, but I haven't found a way to watch one Sky channel while watching/recording another - unless I get another decorder.

I'll be watching the MotoGP. Rossi may be good, but he's not so good I'll give it up.
And I to my motorcycle parked like the soul of the junkyard. Restored, a bicycle fleshed with power, and tore off. Up Highway 106 continually drunk on the wind in my mouth. Wringing the handlebar for speed, wild to be wreckage forever.

Prime is free to air so you can watch prime on normal reception and then tape sky. Didn't know f1 was going to sky, thats a big one for them. Well atleast we will get to see all races live and without delay. Might even get to see a replay at a civil time of the day.

See here for a press release.

VHF reception here is crap, so second decoder is really the only option.

Oh well, I just won't watch the F1 if it clashes.

I probably wont be watching any F1. However A1 is certainly turning out to be an excelent sport to watch.

I've had more in-pit coverage and race craft from A1 in one weekend than an entire season of F1. Thats why I like indycar so much (not the oval racing stuff tho).

Oh well. It was good while it lasted. Sky won't be getting a cent of mine.

I think they mentioned in the commentary that Rossi is a very popular guy in the paddock. He should be accustomed to it he has probably spent most of his life there since starting as a little kid.

In the dramas between Rossi and Biaggi I sympathised with Rossi, he was winning the psychological warfare hands down. Just lately I have actually started feeling sorry for Biaggi and was pleased to see him do well this time.

The post race act involving the waiter suit and napkin with the winner pouring all his mates a glass of the sponsors product was pure Rossi and a welcome change from the usual squirt fest.
